These terms and conditions apply to all users of rizzycasino.com. Rizzy reserves the right to amend them at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Eligibility

Accounts must not be sold, transferred, or shared with any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent account closure.

3. Identity Verification

Rizzy operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Identity verification is required before withdrawals are processed and may be requested at any stage of your account activity.

For withdrawals exceeding $500, or at Rizzy’s discretion for any withdrawal, the following documents must be submitted.

Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Rizzy reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary. Withdrawals will remain pending until verification is complete. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days may result in the transaction being reversed.

4. Deposits

Deposits into your Rizzy account are subject to the following conditions. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

The minimum deposit amount is $10.
Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance without delay.
Rizzy does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Rizzy accepts a range of payment methods including credit and debit cards, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency. Available methods are displayed at the cashier and may vary by region. Rizzy reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification before processing.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used to deposit or verified in your name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $20.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval.
Card and e-wallet withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days following approval.
Rizzy does not impose withdrawal fees, though network or provider fees may apply to cryptocurrency transactions.

Rizzy reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. In cases where fraud or a breach of these terms and conditions is suspected, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending an investigation. If a violation is confirmed, the withdrawal may be declined and the account closed.

Withdrawals are limited to the real-money balance in your account. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Rizzy may offer bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general terms and conditions. Players are responsible for reading the conditions of any offer before claiming it.

Welcome bonuses carry a 35x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount.
Bonus funds must be used in full before any withdrawal request can be processed.
Only one bonus may be active at any time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements are satisfied.

7. Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before it converts to withdrawable funds. The requirements vary by promotion type and are stated clearly at the time of the offer.

Deposit bonuses carry a standard 35x wagering requirement applied to the total of the deposit plus the bonus.
Reload bonuses carry a 25x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount.
Cashback rewards carry no wagering requirement and are credited directly as withdrawable funds.
